With ATIDS, every property has a separate geographical file every deed, mortgage, satisfaction of mortgage, lien and other similar and related documents show up in one place, giving us a faster snap shot of the title. Please take advantage of our faster service and give us the pleasure of searching, researching and closing your real estate transaction. You will be asked to bring certain documents and items to the closing: Wired funds into our escrow account will be required for the cash to close funds. Our wire instructions and the amount needed will be provided to you by BEST Title Solutions, Inc. prior to closing. The Homeowner's Insurance Policy and a paid receipt or a bill in the event the premium is being paid by the closing agent. If you are paying for any inspections, BEST Title Solutions, Inc. needs this information to be included on the HUD Settlement Statement. Your Driver's License or other acceptable official photo identification, and a copy of your Social Security card.
